The story begins with a novel about a man with a strange "chaotic" philosophy who meets a "somewhat weak" woman. The story continues in this vein for several pages until the writer intervenes in the text. The writer later discovers a strange similarity between her novel and reality, as she finds that the cinema in which she prepared a speech really exists and that it is showing a film at the same time. The writer finds herself driven by curiosity to attend the film, and suddenly she finds the person who is the hero of the novel, and the events begin to intertwine when she meets someone she thinks is "the person in question" who resembles the hero of the first part and who the reader imagines is him from her trilogy "Memory in the Flesh", a wonderful story in which the writer conveys between its folds the Algerian struggle and the Algerian woman in addition to the heritage of Constantine. I cannot befriend the body of a girl that I desire.
